Quality & Quantity Discrepancy
          In case of quality discrepancy, claim should be filed by the Buyers within 2 months after the arrival of the goods at port of destination, while of quantity discrepancy, claim should be filed by the Buyers within 15 days after the arrival of the goods at port of destination. 

         No matter delivery by sea or by air, it cost a lot on return or exchange.Soft remind:there are several links when transportation. Products maybe damaged in every link(customs inspection,rough handling,heavy extrusion,transportation bump...) This is not what we want,also not what we can control.

        What we can guarantee is as below,

               1. We pay high attention to quality control,make sure all the products will be conformity products.

               2. All products will be well protected by effective package.

               3. To avoid being damaged, products will be transport by logistic company with good reputation.
